Elephant Talk Communications'(ETC) MediaPhone is an advanced internet, PDA and mobile (in development) VoIP telephone and an advance content engine. The distribution of the MediaPhone is by contracted business partners only or can be implemented as a corporate communication device.
All MediaPhone traffic is directed over the ETC switches (not peer-to-peer). Users are directed to the nearest VoIP/Media Gateway to ensure the highest quality of service. The VoIP telephone enables users to:

- receive worldwide calls on a personal geographic number
- Voice mail
- (extended) Conference calling
- Call forwarding (follow me)
